Events
The Mary Buckley Foundation sponsors many social events throughout the year to encourage people living with the effects of TBI to form meaningful relationships and feel that they are part of a group. In addition, we provide speakers to raise awareness of the dangers of risky behavior and how those behaviors can cause brain injury. We also host fundraisers, which are open to the public, to help support our programs.
If you are looking for a fun social event for your loved one living with the effects of TBI:
The friendAble Social Club is a safe fun place where persons with disabilities can come to visit with old friends and meet new ones. Held at Beacon House, members share laughter and camaraderie as they participate in such activities as Karaoke, board games and music.
