What are the effects of traumatic brain injury?
Any traumatic brain injury - whether mild, moderate or severe - can temporarily or permanently weaken a person's ability to think and reason. In addition, it can interfere with emotional wellbeing and diminish physical abilities.

- Loss of smell or taste
- Balance problems

Cognitive
- Attention or concentration deficits
- Diminished learning ability
- Disorganization
- Reasoning impairments
- Short or long term memory loss
