BIAV is the primary source of information and personal support for thousands of individuals, families, and professionals living in Virginia whose lives have been touched by a life-altering brain injury.Virginia Department of Rehabilitative Services (VDRS)
The VDRS Community Based Services Division administers several programs to support individuals with brain injuries to maximize their independence, employment, and full inclusion into society. Individuals do not have to be recipients of Vocational Rehabilitation services to be eligible for the CBS Division programs.
